THE SOLUTION
Ward Hill Marketing positioned Camalot Systems as the preferred supplier of liquid dispensers, replacing their chief rival in preference surveys within five years using a combination of technical articles, advertising, and sales tools.

This was followed by a targeted marketing effort that presented Camalot’s expertise in precision applications, such as high-density interconnect and semiconductor packaging. This required a re-education of the customer base utilizing new sales literature, technical articles, and advertising; as well as the development of a new customer data base for these markets.
